You will join an online community of like-minded women via our private Whatsapp group to share tips, tricks and get motivation from one another
Learn how to train for your hormones
Whether or not you menstruate regularly, we believe that training should compliment your fluctuating hormones. During the 12 weeks, you will learn when is best to push your body, take it easy and ultimately use your hormones to your advantage to get the results you desire.
Habit Tracker
During your first week, you complete our Body IQ Questionnaire. This will allow you to see which areas of your life need some improvement and what small habits you can instigate today for long term change.

Learn how to eat for your hormones
Much like your training, you will learn how to nourish your body according to your hormone fluctuations. Why is this even important? Ever had that insane hunger in the week leading up to your period? That's your body telling you you need to increase your calories and feed your hormones.
Accountability
You're hiring a coach for accountability as well as knowledge and motivation. Each week you will complete a weekly check-in and have a chance to ask me anything.
