These classes are perfect for women wanting to get strong and confident after child birth.

These classes are held at Signature Fitness in Bondi Junction and are perfect for mums who lifted weights pre-baby, want to learn how to lift safely and for those wanting to add something extra into their routine.

 

"What happens to bub whilst I train?" - this is one of the most common questions we hear.

​

For our indoor classes, we have a creche within eyesight, so you can still keep an eye on bub and they will know you're there, but allowing you some more hands-free time to make the most out of the class.
