These classes are perfect for women wanting to get strong and confident after child birth.
These classes will be held at Signature Fitness Bondi and are perfect for mums who used to lift pre-baby, want to learn how to lift safely and for those wanting to add something extra into their routine.
"What happens to bub whilst I train?" - this is one of the most common questions we hear.
For our new indoor classes, we have a creche within eyesight, so you can still keep an eye on bub and they will know you're there, but allowing you some more hands free time to make the most out of the class.
